Pretty Little Liars: The Kahn Game

Part 1 of 2: "I forgot to apply to college" 

Spencer Hastings forgot to apply to college. Well ok...she didn't apply for early admissions. That's the same thing, right? Just goes to show how much A is affecting the PLLs. Caleb is trying to worm his way back into Hanna's heart by making her realize that he can handle A. Ezra's little bro shows up and reveals some interesting information to Aria, and we also get to meet Noel's older brother, Eric, who has some history with Cece. Obviously he has something to do with Ali's death, right?

So when I first saw Aria's outfit here, the skeleton tank with odd, textured tank underneath was most noticeable--and confusing and unflattering. But then I saw her Rag & Bone split leggings and all was forgiven. The wide, black stripe on the side of white skinnies is so fresh. Get me a pair!

Accessory note: Even though she has a lot of bracelets and a ginormous necklace on--they sort of work with the "punk-rock" theme she's sporting. 

Favorite outfit! Age-appropriate: Check. Cute, waist-cinching belt: Check. Cute back detail: Check. Fun wedges: Check. 

 

No really, I love everything about this dress. Aria also accessorized exceptionally well for once. Because that's only like 6 individual bracelets instead of 18, and the necklace matches the dress so it's not that gaudy as some of Aria's adornments.

This outfit of Spencer's also ranked high in my book. At first, the top seems sort of weird--like why is it buttoning below the boob? But then you look longer and see the colors are great together and at least it's more interesting than Emily's Salvation Army tees.  

 She also has khaki skinnies on which go beautifully with the baby blue of the top. 

The Aria-styled Spencer party outfit. I don't think Aria pulled out thigh-highs out of Spencer's closet...

Although we should be grateful Spencer is not Hanna because I have a feeling Hanna would wear this outfit and cut about 16 inches off the skirt--and would keep the socks.  

Speaking of Hanna, where does she think she is?? Obviously not at high school, and she's living the 80s; a time when she wasn't even alive. Sure, she has the figure to rock this bodycon MINKPINK dress but this is school. Where one goes to learn. This isn't the corner outside the Blue Banana waiting for some dude to stop and ask for your ::ahem:: services...

And it's official. Hanna and Caleb have the exact same haircut. Maybe Han will dye her hair to match? 

Poor Emily...the new Paige relationship is not helping her style. When did twill minis come back in style? 

Oh wait...this is why the relationship is not helping her style. Because Paige does not know how to dress, either. Hoop earrings, a button-down and a collared shirt don't make a right.
