When you turn in your charge, it is processed quickly. Initially, it may show as authorization on your account statement. Once accepted, it will appear as a confirmed charge.

Yes, we do. You can either request a completely new design from us or edit one of the existing designs in the shop. You can also request to alter the typeface, quotation, image, or anything else you wish, or you can submit an existing design to us. We will print and ship as you desire.

If you give us an incorrect address and the package has not been sent, please email us, and we will update it to the correct address. If the shipment has been sent, we are not responsible for resending that item with your new address, so please type in your correct address when placing your orders!

Please send us a picture and your order ID if you receive a faulty item. If the item(s) shipped to you is defective or withers after the first wash, we will give you a free replacement. You do not need to send it back to us. All we’d need is a photo of the broken item.
