Hey gang! Starting this week, we’re featuring a few of our favorite looks from shows we don’t cover elsewhere on the site. Enjoy!

Downton Abbey

Like so many of you, I’ve been waiting for the Crawley-Crawley nuptials on pins and needles. Yes, I’m tickled that Lady Mary and Matthew finally tied the knot (love those kids together) but mostly I was excited to see her wedding ensemble. Costume designer Caroline McCall brought it with this 1920’s drop waist confection. And did you see the vintage Bentley & Skinner diamond wreath tiara?! Sigh. Just lovely. – Anne

Project Runway All Stars

This week’s challenge paired the remaining four designers with four female military veterans to create a special occasion look. Captain Leslie Smith was radiant with extra “raaaarrrr” in this adorbs black circle skirt ensemble with leopard trim, designed by Joshua. This very fun, slightly retro (but also flattering and sophisticated) design gets 4 stars for showing her prosthetic leg proudly. AND, you guys! He made a matching vest for the dog! Why no, I’m not sniffling. It’s just those onion cutting ninjas again. – Kim

The Bachelor

While the first 25 26 ladies were pretty lackluster (like seriously, did they all shop at the Nordstrom juniors’ department?), Desiree was a clear standout with this little frock. The red was eye-catching yet the cut modest, plus the lace shoulder straps with detail in the back was the optimal amount of sexy and cute. Well done Dez, well done. Will you accept this rose as a token of our fashion admiration? – Kate
