Here’s What You Missed on Glee: We’re back for Senior Year! Well, some of us are. Because we finally learned who’s a senior (Rachel, Finn, Kurt and Mike) and who’s a junior. Which means college plans (drama school is hard) and who knows what when the season ends. We had some new faces (Tink from FNL! and Sugar with the self-diagnosed Asperger’s) and missed some others (Oh Sam!). We also had a few Glee club drop outs (Quinn with the pink hair and Lauren, who I’m not sure I’ll miss). And while some of us are feeling ripped off about the Sam/Mercedes connection, we’ll be okay with some Blaine in street clothes at McKinley with Kurt.
Song of the Night: You Can’t Stop The Beat was totally fun and everyone was wearing purple.
Brittany Bon Mots: “We used to be like the three Musketeers. Now Santana and I are like Almond Joys, and you’re like a Jolly Rancher that fell in the ashtray.”
I heart Kurt: The only man who can wear a plaid suit and still win our hearts? Quite possibly.
Melodramatic Rachel Solo: Lindsey Price from The Glee Project may have out-Racheled Rachel. Meanwhile, loved the Rachel/Kurt duet on “Ding Dong the Witch is Dead”.
Outfit of the Week: We loved seeing Blaine’s kind of awesome hipster clothes and Tina actually wore colour (gasp!), but let’s give this one to Rachel for her off-white, long sleeved, knee length dress with black belt. Adorables!
Tune in on Friday for a full recap from Jill!
